Well said BTW, even for all the work I’ve collected on the side there’s still a whole spectrum of skills that gets neglected. I definitely don’t disagree about side projects’ ability to represent your skills to the fullest (for me at least that wasn’t the goal), but it does get complicated with IP. Some of my friends actually pinged me about this, some of them do take “screencaps” and some do certain exports — then white label them. Of course they can only show clients or future employers directly and can’t broadcast these anywhere else.

I’d be happy to follow up with that post, especially now I’m getting more an more insights on additional problems others are faced with as well as some interesting work arounds.
